The Accessibility Services supports Stonehill’s commitment to providing a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for students with disabilities. Accessibility Services will assist graduate students in identifying strategies, resources and accommodations to help mitigate disability-related barriers.  

Career Development offers resources to help graduate students explore different career paths and discover their own career aspirations. Career Development is well-positioned to provide career guidance as well as to make introductions to local alumni and employers in the field.  

The Tutoring Services provides academic support services in a welcoming, professional environment that emphasizes collaborative learning and peer tutoring supplemented with professional-level support. For students in our graduate programs, Tutoring Services offers professional writing tutoring on an appointment-only basis. Tutoring Services is located in MacPhaidin Library, room 314. Graduate students are encouraged to contact the Tutoring Services with any questions at tutoring-services@stonehill.edu. The hours for professional tutoring will vary by semester. Students can visit the Tutoring Services website to view schedules and make appointments.

MacPháidín Library offers resources to meet the unique needs of students enrolled in graduate programs. The library provides access to several electronic database resources as well as print and eBook collections and Interlibrary Loan texts. In addition, graduate students are offered opportunities to sharpen their technology and research skills so they can optimize time spent engaging with the library’s resources while enrolled in their program.

Each student will be given Stonehill account credentials that grant access to the campus network, applications, software and technology services. Additionally, students will be provided an account in our Office 365 suite, which includes a Stonehill email address, OneDrive file storage, Office applications for their personal computer, and many other online, collaborative tools. Graduate courses will utilize our Blackboard eLearn learning management, whereby students may access syllabi and course content, take assessments, submit assignments, view course grades, and interact with their faculty and classmates. Students will also have access to software in computer labs on campus as well as the option to install/access all the required software programs from their personal laptop. The College’s current administrative systems, which are primarily Ellucian Banner, will be available to graduate students to conduct business such as applying for admission, registering for courses and paying their bill.

The Office of Intercultural Affairs provides academic, cultural and personal support to graduate students – including students of color, first-generation college students, international students, and LGBTQ+ students – through developing intellectual, social and leadership skills.
