Tent Leasing

Following is a list of tent companies we have used in the past. Please contact Facilities when a tent is going to be set up, because a DIG-SAFE analysis MUST BE DONE BEFORE A TENT IS SET UP. The following companies have worked on campus. You can contact them for competitive quotes.

Some issues to consider:

Placement of tent: Make sure there is a large enough space. If asked, most companies will give you a layout. Know what you want to have under the tent: for example, seating for 500, and speaker table, podium, etc. Sound and Lighting: most companies are full service and can quote on setting up lights or sound system. (For Stonehill College events, you can talk to Media Services (x1215) for the sound/video systems, and to Facilities for chair set up). 

ALWAYS CONTACT CONFERENCE AND EVENTS SERVICES (x1177) TO SET UP YOUR EVENT. THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH LOCATIONS AND TO MAKE SURE ALL ON CAMPUS SUPPORT IS ORGANIZED
