Stonehill College has implemented a licensing program for its marks and a design approval process for items that currently or may potentially include the trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or indicia belonging to Stonehill College.

Many different logo configurations are trademarks of Stonehill College and may be approved for use in product design.
Trademark License Agreement
Please be advised that effective January 1, 2014, no company is allowed to re-produce any of Stonehill College’s marks unless a Trademark License Agreement is executed. The Trademark License Agreement defines our relationship with vendors producing items depicting our various marks. The agreement defines the terms of use, licensing fee, and accounting procedures expected by the College.
Product Design Approval
Stonehill College has implemented a design approval process for items that currently or may potentially include the trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or indicia belonging to Stonehill College. The College is requiring an approval process for any item bearing any of the College’s marks, and in order to implement this procedure the College is providing an online submission form. The form also provides information for the submission of actual product samples by mail when necessary. Please email marketing@stonehill.edu for more information.
