Staff

Full and part-time exempt and non-exempt positions exist within the various departments of the college. Generally, a bachelor's degree and previous experience are minimum qualifications for these positions. Stonehill offers career development for its employees through an internal hiring process before external applicants are considered.

Bargaining Unit

Positions in the Bargaining Unit are union positions, represented by AFL-CIO Local #615 Services Union. As such, seniority and internal hiring processes apply before external candidates are considered.

Faculty

Full-time faculty tenure track employment is defined as employment that offers tenure track or potential tenure track status, exists at the associate or assistant professor level, and generally requires a Ph.D. in the discipline.
