If an emergency arises during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00), please call the Facilities office at x1361. If an facilities emergency occurs outside of these hours, contact Campus Police at x5100, and they will handle your request.

Examples of emergencies are as follows: No heat, no hot water, no electricity, overflowing toilet (or any other water running uncontrollably), leaks, elevator problems (if needed for safety reasons), and anything that effects life safety, could cause personal harm, or anything that if left unattended would cause property damage.

Non-emergencies would be the following: Light out, broken furniture, broken screen, lock problems (non-safety related), and office/furniture moves.

For students, you must contact Residence Life. Please check the Residence Life web page for their lost key procedures.

 

For Faculty and Staff, lost or stolen keys must be reported as soon as possible to Campus Police x5100 and/or Facilities Management x1361.
