Cost and Pickup
Commuter parking permits are $75 for a full year, $37.50 for a half year. The cost of the decal will be charged to your student account. Fees not refundable.
At the beginning of each semester Campus police department will send an email stating dates, times, and location of decal pick up. After the first 2 weeks of a new semester, students should be directed to CPD for decal/and or transponder pick up during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Please fix the gate transponder to your windshield. This will allow you access to campus through newly installed gates at both the Rte 123/Belmont Street and Rte 138/Washington Street entrances.
A $10.00 fee will be applied for any replacement transponders. If student’s status changes the transponder will be deactivated.
The parking decal must be affixed to the lower left (driver's side) of the windshield.
Where to Park
Commuter students are allowed to park in the Chapel of Mary Lot (purple lined spaces only), Roche North Lot, and the Student/Visitor Lot. MacPhaidin Library Lot is staff only parking. Students who park in any location other than the designated areas are subject to being ticketed/and or towed at the owner's expense.
