Budget Development Process
The budget development process is now under way. Stonehill’s strategic plan will continue to guide our budget development efforts. Accordingly, proposals for funding should directly relate to the College’s strategic priorities.
We encourage department heads and division heads to work together throughout the budget development process. This partnership is increasingly important as we seek to allocate limited resources to strategic needs. As the budget development process unfolds, we trust that the dialogue between department heads and their respective division heads will occur early and often. The Budget Office is responsible for overseeing the allocation and management of Stonehill’s financial resources. The annual budget development process and ongoing budget monitoring efforts are central to the Office’s functions.
