Princeton Review: Stonehill in Top 25 Nationally for Athletic Facilities
Based on student ratings of the recreational and athletic facilities at their schools
In a welcome tribute to its immaculately manicured playing fields, recently expanded sports complex and newly refurbished tennis facility, Stonehill College was honored to be in the Top 25 on The Princeton Review’s 2024 rankings of Best Athletic Facilities in the country.
Whether it’s Stonehill’s 23 NCAA Division I teams or our Ultimate Disc club, athletics are a big part of life at the College. More than 80% of Stonehill students participate either on a varsity team or play an intramural or club sport. And the College has the facilities to match – including one of the premier stadiums in the NCAA Division I Northeast Conference and the recently expanded and renovated Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex, with a state-of-the art two-floor fitness facility, dance studio, field house and indoor track.
Recreational sport options include tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts, beach volleyball courts and trails for hiking and mountain biking.
