Princeton Review Names Stonehill as One of the Top Green Colleges in the Nation
The publication noted that Stonehill’s commitment to sustainability is anchored by a number of programs that both promote best practices for the College and support students interested in environmentally focused careers.
The Princeton Review once again has named Stonehill College as one of the top green colleges in the nation. In its Guide to Green Colleges: 2025 Edition, Stonehill received a “green rating” of 89 out of a possible 99 points.
The publication took particular note of the fact that Stonehill has:
- a formal sustainability community
- a sustainability-focused degree program (Environmental Sciences & Studies)
- a sustainability officer on staff
- a public greenhouse gas management plan
