Nicole's leadership extends beyond her official roles, serving as a catalyst for positive change throughout the institution and the broader community. Her contributions to the Professional Development Committee have been instrumental in enhancing research capabilities and teaching skills, thereby benefiting the entire academic community. Her involvement in the SHARE (Sexual Harassment Assault Resource and Education) Committee since Fall 2016 reflects her deep commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive campus environment. As an advisor for Psychology majors and a leader in faculty recruitment, Nicole's impact on departmental growth and student success is profound. Her mentorship as the Psychology Society Faculty Advisor and her involvement in various committees and programs showcase her dedication to improving the College and fostering social justice initiatives.
