A new partnership between Stonehill College and the University of Notre Dame guarantees the admission of qualified Stonehill graduates into three specialized master’s degree programs at Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business in the fields of nonprofit administration and accountancy.

Two of the programs are for newly graduated Stonehill students and the third is for recent Stonehill graduates who have already launched their careers.

The first two guarantee the admission of four qualified Stonehill graduates into Mendoza’s Master of Nonprofit Administration program and six qualified graduates into the Master of Science in Accountancy program, starting with the 2024-2025 academic year.

Both specialized master’s degree programs are intensive, one-year programs that prepare students for successful careers through a focused curriculum. Taught by renowned business faculty on the Notre Dame campus, the programs include experiential learning opportunities so students can apply what they learn in the classroom to real-life business problems. The specialized master’s degrees are intended for graduates who typically just completed their undergraduate degrees and have little or no work experience.

The third program guarantees the admission of four qualified Stonehill graduates into the Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration program, a hybrid program for working professionals with at least two years of full-time work experience in the nonprofit field.

All Stonehill graduates must apply through the normal application process, which opens in mid-July. To qualify, applicants must meet a list of requirements, including having a strong record of undergraduate achievement and one letter of recommendation.

These programs are the latest in Stonehill’s long-running partnership with Notre Dame, which began more than a decade ago with the Engineering 3+2 Programs.

Founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1948, Stonehill College is a Catholic institution of higher learning serving more than 2,500 undergraduate students. Located in Easton, Massachusetts, Stonehill provides an education that fosters critical thinking, free inquiry and the interchange of ideas through more than 100 academic programs.
