For your commitment to journalism, you have received many prestigious awards including a regional Emmy, the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Political Journalism and the Edward R. Murrow Award for Investigative Reporting. Your courageous storytelling has helped to demystify the democratic process for audiences of all ages.
As the first Asian American and first woman to serve as the Massachusetts State House reporter for GBH, you have helped to open doors for countless aspiring journalists, diversifying newsrooms and news coverage everywhere.
