- Reference Services during Finals and Winter Session: The end of the semester is quickly approaching, but reference librarians will still be here to help you complete your Fall semester research assignments. Beginning Monday, 11/30/20 through Monday, 12/7/20, reference librarians will be extending their hours of remote availability.
- This year marks the 51st anniversary of the National Day of Mourning. It will be observed on Thursday, Nov. 26 to coincide with Thanksgiving, as it does every year. According to the United American Indians of New England (UAINE), the National Day of Mourning has been observed since 1970 at Cole’s Hill in Plymouth to honor participants’ Native ancestors and the struggles of Native people.
- Friday, Nov. 20 is Transgender Day of Remembrance, a solemn annual observance honoring the memories of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. Read on to learn about New England's grim connection to this day of observance.
