Ryan L. Miranda

Ryan is a member of the Educational Technology and User Support Services group and is responsible for managing content on the IT website, creating documentation and training videos, hosting technology training sessions, and supporting frontline staff and students at the IT Service Desk. Ryan honed his technical and customer service skills while attending Bridgewater State University and working at their IT Help Desk.  Ryan joined Stonehill in 2011. Outside of work, Ryan produces music under the pseudonym "Roburai". He enjoys having many creative outlets for his exuberant personality.  Ryan is from the farm town of Rehoboth, MA.
