Tenebrae Service
This Holy Week program is presented by the Stonehill College Chapel Choir.
Tenebrae, Latin for “darkness,” begins with a lit candelabra prominently displayed. As the service progresses, the candles are snuffed out one by one, until only one is left – a symbol of the promise of Christ’s triumph over death and darkness. All are welcome to join us on April 14, the Monday of Holy Week, as the Stonehill College Chapel Choir leads us in this powerful service.
