Communication 101

This workshop will help you improve your written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills and enrich your relationship-building with customers, staff, vendors, and personal contacts.

We will cover:

  • The 5 Cs of communication
  • Mastering verbal communication and being mindful of non-verbal cues
  • Conversation tips for networking and building relationships
  • Business communications basics for email and social media

Kristin is a 23-year Cape Cod resident who enjoys boating, hiking, camping and volunteering to help small businesses on the Cape. She is an instructor in Stonehill’s graduate M.S. in Marketing program, teaching courses like Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Buyer Behavior and Creativity in Marketing. Kristin has 28 years of experience in the private sector, with positions across multiple organizations and industries, and enjoys putting this practical experience to work in helping others achieve their marketing goals.
