Commuting
Students who choose to commute to Stonehill have a wealth of opportunity to explore.
Through their involvement in Student Government Association, participation in clubs and organizations, and engagement both in and outside of the classroom, our commuter students are an integral part of our campus community. The Commuter Council, with elected officers from each class year, is open to all commuter students. The council plans and implements programs and events specific to commuter students and serves as a voice for the commuter population at Stonehill.
The newly-renovated Commuter Lounge, located in the Roche Dining Commons, offers a dedicated space for commuter students to meet their peers, work on assignments, or even just kick back and watch TV. Although there are dining options available in the building, the lounge also offers a fridge and microwave for those students who bring food from home.
