Celebrating 50 Years of Stonehill Football
After the pandemic delayed the event, Stonehill's earliest football team reunited on Saturday, October 1, 2022, to celebrate 50 years of football at the College.
Members of Stonehill's first football team—a club team called the Knights, established in 1970—and their guests gathered at W.B. Mason Stadium for a reception prior to the Stonehill vs. Duquesne University game. To mark the occasion, each member received a pullover with their name and jersey number.
