New Head of Collections, Assessment and User Engagement
Elizabeth Chase, Coordinator for Research Services, Manuscripts, Archives, and Rare Books Library at Emory University will be joining the team at MacPháidín Library on April 1, 2013 as the Head of Collections, Assessment, and User Engagement. Liz holds a PhD in Literature from Emory University, and her dissertation focused on Irish fiction by women that advocates for new commemorative practice centered on the lived lives of the victims of the Troubles. Liz also holds an MLIS from Syracuse Universitywhere her focus was archives and patron services. Liz attended a liberal arts college and says that she is excited to return to this environment, with its focus on teaching and students engagement, and to work with the students, faculty, and staff at Stonehill.
