Finding Articles in Scholarly Journals
- Scholarly or peer-reviewed journals are journals written by experts in the field to be read by other researchers in the field. They are generally longer than magazine articles, and more in-depth. They have a bibliography and footnotes indicating where their information came from to help lead the reader to further information.
Finding Articles in Newspapers
- Newspapers are serial publications. They are usually printed on newsprint and issued either daily, on certain days of the week, or weekly . They contains news, editorial comment, regular columns, letters to the editor, cartoons, advertising as well as other items of current and often local interest to a general readership.
