Leadership

Stonehill College is led by a Board of Trustees and its corporate affairs are managed by a president, treasurer, and clerk. The College is organized around six main divisions: Academic Affairs, Advancement, Enrollment Management and Marketing, Finance, Mission, and Student Affairs.

Additionally the College is served by a Board of Incorporators made up of the priests and brothers of the Congregation of Holy Cross; a Board of Fellows made up of representatives from the Congregation, the students, faculty, and alumni; and an elected Faculty Senate and Student Government Association.

The Board of Trustees

Composed of 33 elected members and three ex-officio members, the Board of Trustees oversees all College business, including the appointment of the College's President and senior cabinet.

The Board of Incorporators

The Board of Incorporators is composed of members of the Congregation of Holy Cross serving as staff and faculty of the College and other leadership of the Congregation of Holy Cross. The Board of Incorporators has the power to amend College bylaws.

The Board of Fellows

The Board of Fellows is a representative body composed of members of the faculty, the student body, and alumni. The sole power of the Board of Fellows is to elect the Board of Trustees.

College President

A member of the College's Board of Trustees since 1995, Rev. Mark T. Cregan, C.S.C. '78 was inaugurated as Stonehill's ninth President in 2000.
